Technical Innovator
Ana joined ZIP in 2023 after completing a Master's in Biosecurity and Conservation at the University of Auckland. Her thesis on native birds during her studies not only reaffirmed her love for Aotearoa's biodiversity but also deepened her interest in protecting it from introduced predators.
Ana is deeply passionate about ZIP's mission to protect native taonga and enjoys the continuous innovation involved in achieving predator elimination.
Outside of work, Ana enjoys walking her dog, playing social football, socialising with friends, or relaxing at home by knitting while listening to true crime podcasts.
