Operations Director

Duncan oversees ZIP's field operations, supporting the team leads in South Westland and Twizel with work planning and logistics.

After graduating with a degree in Ecology from Canterbury University, Duncan joined the Department of Conservation. For the majority of his time working for DOC, Duncan was based at Franz Josef working on the Rowi (Okarito Brown Kiwi) recovery project. 

Duncan is currently based in Hokitika, but spends a large proportion of his time in the field, keeping him grounded in the work and involved in the progressive thinking.
