Natalie (Nat) Trew joined ZIP in August 2025 as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer. Nat brings years of administration experience to ZIP with a background in executive support working alongside business owners, company founders and senior executives across various sectors. ZIP is Nat’s first opportunity to work with an organisation making a tangible difference in conservation in Aotearoa New Zealand. Nat lives in North Canterbury with her husband and two young boys, who all enjoy getting outdoors and playing sports as much as possible.
