GIS and Data Analyst
Katie joined ZIP in 2022 after several years as a GIS Analyst for DOC. In 2021 she spent 3 months in the South Atlantic as GIS lead for the Gough Island mouse eradication operation where she got a close-up look at the devastation caused by invasive mammals. She is excited to get involved in supporting ZIP’s predator control projects and technical innovations.
In addition to her love of beautiful maps and wondrous data flows, she enjoys outdoor adventures in the mountains and sea, and potting about at the pottery club.
