Field Ranger
After completing a degree in geology, Freya found a job in her field, working at a coal mine. She quickly realised that it doesn't matter what job you’re doing - as long as you like the people you're working with. In ZIP she feels she has joined a great team of people who care about each other and enjoy each other’s company, both at work and in their spare time.
She enjoys working with ZIP because of the opportunity to help make a place predator free, restoring the bird and plant life for visitors and the local community to enjoy.
In her spare time, Freya likes to make things, ride her bike, and go tramping.
